Registration Guidelines
You must register prior to attending an activity. Fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. If conditions warrant, activities are subject to change by the Parks and Recreation Department. Class minimums must be met or the class is subject to cancellation.
Sometimes things don't go as planned. Moses Lake Parks and Recreation reserves the right to cancel, reschedule or combine activities as needed. If Parks and Recreation cancels an activity, participants will be notified by phone and a full refund will automatically be issued. Refunds are issued from the City Finance Department within approximately 15 to 30 days.
NO REFUNDS will be issued for participant-initiated cancellations.
