Sculpture Without Walls is an exhibit of outdoor sculpture displayed in downtown Moses Lake. The competition's People's Choice Award nominates sculpture for purchase by the City of Moses Lake. Winners of previous year's People's Choice award and special purchases are now on display along 3rd Avenue in downtown Moses Lake.
